  Never again. Booked this through time share. Was told 2 weeks before we were due in that they were renovating and couldn't accommodate us, after everything was paid for. They couldn't find us another place, so they ended up upgrading us, which was nice. Our stay was nice and the staff seemed friendly, until we had to get a bed changed. House keeping seemed rather put out. Then we had issues with their flooding laundry room and were made to feel that it was some how our fault. The manager made sure to mention that she had gone out of her way to get us in, after all. Poor customer service. The place is nice, but it's a dime a dozen. Not very accommodating and not worth the experience in my opinion.
  **Update: This place tried charging us $75 for a duvet/comforter cleaning because one of our kids had an accident overnight. They said it was a biohazard cleaning charge. Apparently they don't normally do this. Beware of what you're sleeping on folks. I recommend a cleaner place for sure! Eww.
